Spooky Season is upon us, we are all locked up, never allowed to leave the house again. All our homes are basically becoming houses of horrors where our souls have laid to rest, along with our hopes, dreams, and motivation. As I have zero to talk about at this point, I've been struggling to create content for any of my social media that I'm happy with, books are my only thing right now. SO I bring you YA spooky book recommendations and my TBR.

text reads: halloween films for people who don't like horror. dark turquoise background, an image of artie on the right, a selection of spooky art images along the bottom: from left to right, a crystal, a potion bottle, two hands around a crystal ball, a skull with a melted candle on top.

Halloween is my favourite time of year, so much so that I turn the entire month into Halloween. But one of the biggest past-times during this time of year is watching horror films. I’m not a fan, will watch one every now and again, but I’m more of a thriller person. So I’ve accumulated a list of films you can watch that will still give you that Halloween spooky feeling without piss-your-pants scares.
