Check out the video for the best details for this really but I decided to give this a go to see if I could use the power of the internet to figure out what this film was I watched one or two times as a teenager.
I don’t remember much about it which has made it hard to find! The closest film I have found so far is Love Letter (1995) and I’m pretty sure this was not it either…
It is live action and not animated.
