I wanted to briefly share this mouthwash you can make at home. From personal experience of my own, my gran, and my mum, this mouthwash works wonders for inflamed gums and other mouth sores and ouches! It has a bit of a terrible taste and smell, but it really helps us out a lot. I get a lot of inflamed gums, I'm not exactly sure why but I do find brushing my teeth twice a day very difficult and I am not a regular flosser (hello ADHD). When my gums are sore or if I have another growth spurt from my wisdom teeth, using this mouthwash helps calm down those pains and keeps my gums clean and clear of bacteria.

I wanted to throw out a 'oh Happy New Year, I guess!' post, to check in with you all! I've been working on my own way of journaling every year which focus on my many different passions, being creative and giving myself space to exist and feel my feelings (in words or in art) I wanted to give a list of suggestions for people trying to move away from the toxic New Year resolutions (which I already commented on last year) and find something else more fulfilling to focus on this year but also something that has a positive impact on yourself and others.

Hi pals I wanted to talk about why I hand write and post christmas cards (and sometimes a little gift) this time of year. It takes a lot of energy to remember, and to physically write cards, and it costs to buy cards and post them around the UK and Europe. Are you or your friends even religious? Not particularly. Hi pals, My first blog post from me in a while. It's something i've been working on for a while, whilst I also tried to get to grips with how to use this scheme before telling you about it and how to use it!
